We are VERY new to the fitness and nutrition industry. The gym has always just been basic machines and us sitting there going “what do we do?” This time we are making a plan, we are reading up on nutrition and making meal plans and fitness plans. This is a way for us to be held accountable, and with accountability, stay on track. I can’t promise that this will be inspirational, however I can promise that our failures will be hilarious and oh so real. So please follow along, and get your kicks.
